Creekside Villas is a great place to live. The townhomes are well-designed and well-built, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The owners do an excellent job of keeping the surrounding area looking superb, and they are really nice people too!

My fiance & I have lived here about a year & we absolutely LOVE it here. Dan & Kathy are the best landlords. They're on site almost every day & they are super responsive to any issues you might have. Unfortunately we have to move due to work related reasons, but we are going to miss living here greatly. I highly recommend Creekside Villas!
We couldn't possibly ask for better landlords. It's exceedingly clear that they care deeply about the property. They're very straight-forward, honest, and extremely accommodating in my experience. We love living here!
We have been thoroughly impressed with Creekside Villas. Living at Creekside is the equivalent to living a worry free lifestyle that allows you to relax, focus on what's important to you and enjoy living in heart of Boone. The townhouses have so many amenities and the attention to detail is superb. There are several aspects that set this community apart.
