My wife and I celebrate two years here this month. What a great place. I tell people I live at a resort... The recent hot weather gave us the opportunity to recently meet some great people who have been entirely gracious to us as newbies -- they let us right in. Very kind.

Bought a house here 3 years ago. A few nice people, but for the most part it's a bizarre and unpleasant community. Lots of cliques, gossiping, backstabbing. The HOA board is dysfunctional and power mad. They do a poor job running things, and use their authority to retaliate against people they don't like. If I had to do it over again I would not have bought into Creekside aka Ugly on the Inside. A very nice senior community. The homes there have high ceilings in the living rooms and the yards are a nice size. The community is well maintained. There are wonderful walking paths in the community with night lighting.
