This is the only clinic near my home that sees reptiles, specifically iguanas. Dr. Eggert and her team were very professional in discussing my reptiles needs, concerns for his health and diagnosis, as well as discussing ahead of time costs of each procedure before performing them. I will be returning to Dr. Eggert for all my reptiles and their needs.

I originally went to Willamette Valley Pet Hospital. Until Judy Reed killed my dog but before doing it, let him lay in misery for 7 hours with ZERO CARE. Thank God for a place like Creek Side. Very caring and compassionate Vets.

First time experience at their office. Brought my very sick 18 year old cockatiel Cheeto in for an exam. It was determined he needed to be euthanized, super hard situation for me. They dealt with it with amazing compassion. So very glad I found an office that had such expertise with birds. Their knowledge made a hard decision a bit easier. Thank you!

Our Timneh African Grey parrot Noah has been very ill, having gotten an infection that has been hanging on for weeks. Doctor Eggert and her staff have been so absolutely awesome with Noah that we have decided to start bringing all of our fur-and-feather babies to see them, even though the clinic is quite a drive for us. When you find an amazing veterinarian...you keep her!!!!
