Sal and Tyler did whatever it took to handle a plumbing emergency in apartment, and resolved issues quickly, non-obtrusively, and with a smile. Only place I've ever rented that has truly felt like a home.
One of the best apartment complexs I've lived in. Management is very responsive and helpful about any issues or questions. They are on site M-F so they are really easy to reach. They alert you about packages they received instantly. The maintenance requests we put in were handled that day or the next. They were very eager to find and fix problems that we reported. We had a leak in our roof, and within 10 minutes of reporting the issue, maintenance came to our apartment to check on the problem. We really appreciate the speed in coming to take care of the issue!
Great community, great price, pretty quite for the most part. What's not to love? Tyler and Deidra are amazing managers and are always there when needed. Great pool and lounge area. Love love love the dog park! Love living here!
First of all, the management team is outstanding—very professional and quick to resolve any issues in the unit. I’d give them a solid 10/10. From the start of the application process, communication has been fast and clear, and they guided me through every step. The apartment itself is clean, safe, and has a beautiful pool view. So far, I’ve truly loved living here!
