Working with Jessy at Creekside Therapeutics has been refreshingly grounding. At the Turning the Tables event, she introduced a completely out-of-the-box, neurodivergent-honoring exercise that helped letting go land tangibly so that release was more accessible. Giant "Aha!" When the success of the process depends on authenticity, you simply can’t help but be yourself around someone whose presence is so real, steady, nonjudgmental, and fun!
I recently attended a community event offered by Creekside Therapeutics called “Flipping the Tables”. It was lead by its founder and licensed therapist, Jessy Coleman and was in collaboration with Gail Goldsmith, rector of Trinity Episcopal Church in Lynchburg, Virginia. As a group, we were given a welcoming and safe space to share topics of concern, grief, frustration and anger. They provided creative ways to express our feelings through art and articulation.
