Creekside Terrace took care of my mother in law in her final months with cancer of the pelvis and kidney. She also had hospice care involved. They provided wonderful care that helped her in her last days. The support they give to patient and outside family is really a blessing. Thankyou Creekside Terrace and Kindred Hospice. We are grateful to every caregiver. A special Thankyou to Rhonda, Salina, Q, and Cindy. She could not have received better care.
My dad is currently staying here. The staff has been wonderful to my dad. He is very pleased with the care he is receiving.
My mother stayed there in May-June 2018. It was clean , friendly , and they did try to make our stay the best it could be. Now, do you not need to check your family’s medication , make sure expertise is going well , are they eating , is the room tempature good? No. You still have to make sure life is good for your loved one. It is clean, smells great and safe. Great little outdoor space inside facility that is pleasant. This is a beautiful place on the outside, some people working there makes the place look horrible on the inside! (I rate this place a 3 because of I can't give it anything else). I started orientation on Jan 23,24 and on 29th I started in the kitchen ( biggest mistake of my life). Tanya (Dietary Manager) is a snake and can't be trusted by no means necessary, so watch your back. This is not a good nursing home to leave someone. My wife put her mother there and it has been one thing after another with this place. My wife has complained to about them not making sure that her mom took her meds. They just gave them to her and walked off with out seeing to it that she took them. They would never see to it that she was changing her clothes. They would never see to it about her being washed and they lied to my wife all the time that they did.
