The complex is well managed and maintained. Located next to beautiful biking, walking and jogging on the Iron Horse Trail in Walnut Creek. Dog friendly, remodeled units with washer and dryers, granite countertops & quiet neighborhood. We just signed another year lease. I moved to this community about six months ago, and I’ve been extremely happy living here. The apartment is in excellent condition, and the overall living experience has been wonderful. At one point, the windows were upgraded to brand-new ones without us even requesting it, which made the apartment even more comfortable. I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and Mandy is the friendliest, most helpful person I have ever come across! Sweet, outgoing- her wonderful personality shines thru the phone!
