I've lived here a couple of years and I was a bit frustrated the last few months with prior mgmt, however, we've recently got new mgmt that I believe are trying to resolve some of the issues you may read about in other reviews. The one thing I'm most happy with is the attention they are giving the pool and how frequently they are treating it to avoid it turning a scary shade of green. That was a big one for me.
