Possibly the worst repair shop in the Syracuse area. Please do not bring your mower here or any power equipment. I brought two mowers, one walk behind and one rider to be serviced in the middle of April. I was told there was a three week wait. After 6 weeks, grass growing and no call I called the shop. I was told a part was on order. I could not wait any longer and picked up my walk behind and left my rider. I finally got my rider back in the middle of JULY! These guys took the time to explain everything i needed to know about my new mower .Every time I stop in they always take good care of me and my Ferris
Wow its amazing this place stays open. The older guy behind the counter has the personality of a rattlesnake..I walked in with a spindle assembly for a cub cadet mower and the first thing he says is whats that and whats the part # ? Really ??? isn't that their job to know mower parts and to look up a part # and at least try to make a sale..This isn't rocket repair.
