No Follow Through, Poor Communication. OVERALL DISAPOINTED I have been extremely disappointed with my experience living here. The office staff are generally kind, but kindness does not make up for the consistent lack of follow-through, poor communication, and basic services not being provided. From the beginning, even the application process was unnecessarily difficult and could not be completed online. Used to be great! Used to be a great complex for the first year and a half I was here. Then we got new office staff and a pandemic. The property Manger is enamored with her title and I now get monthly passive aggressive flyers on my door monthly. Not to mention several repairs that are just ignores. Can't wait to move.
Creek Side Park Apartments I just moved in and it's pretty cool. The people and the "No Smoke" property. Also one of the 3 bedrooms is moving out and we might get it and I am very excited. Overall CreekSide Park is a pretty cool place.
Creek Side park Apartments Living in Napa is can get very expensive. sure the 3k-4k apartments are nice but why pay that when you can have a mortgage. Where we live is a home not an apartment. The onsite management team is like family, they know us by our first name and greet us every time. My apartment is great plenty of room and if something isn't working they are quick to fix it right away. They are pet friendly and my son can play on a lawn in front with the other kids in the complex. again this a home not just an apartm... read more
