Warning! Beware! I love my home, however the community is not well taken care of and has taken a turn for the worse in the last year! The home across from mine is not well taken care of. They continuously have foot traffic all hours of the day. Their dog constantly is getting loose, because is it tied to a tree. This poor animal gets loose and chases cars. Which is sad to see. As much as they play it up, it's a trailer park with an HOA feel. Most of the residents are great people. I say it like that because all of the one's that I've met were nice, but we keep hitting the police blotter a lot for simple, petty stuff. Also, it floods really bad during moderate rains.
If you're allergic to cats also. Not the place for you. Overpriced. Security cameras a must!
