My daughter felt so comfortable, the atmosphere was amazing, and the entire staff was kind & professional. They communicated with both myself & my daughter so well throughout the entire appointment, I'm happy I chose them for our family.
I loved this place so much! My daughter has always been terrified of the dentist but Creekside made it enjoyable from the start. Not only is the clinic very welcoming for kids, but Dr.Michael takes it to the next level as he is amazing with kids himself. My daughter trusted him right away and has never been so willing to have her check up and cleaning done. It all started with the ability of Dr. Michael to quickly earn her trust and make her dentist visit fun and entertaining. We will be life long clients!
I didn’t want to review this place, but they said I’ll stand a chance to win an iPad if I do! So wonder if they factor in those who have bad experiences or do they only expect glowing reviews in exchange?! Don’t like that concept - wasn’t impressed with my visit so yeah
So happy I chose this dentist for my son. I was nervous about taking my two year old for a visit considering he hates doctors offices and being touched by strangers but he did so well here! The doctor is extremely knowledgeable about working with little ones and easing any anxieties. He was so excited to get a toy, new toothbrush, and balloon! He couldn’t stop talking about his visit to the dentist the entire day. The facility is also super clean and decorated with little ones in mind!
Amazing staff and Dr.! Made the experience for my 5 year old so much better from the last one she had at another office. The dentist was so patient and spent a lot of time making my daughter feel comfortable, he explained everything to me first and then my 5 year old, the office is so cute and lots of things for kids to do in the lobby, the dentist also went the extra mile to reward my daughter and provide us with a token so she could get something free from their token machine.
