Excellent care was received as always by Dr. Neuhaus and the staff at Creekside! I was in need of immediate attention & Dr. Carl saw me within a short period of time & did an amazing job to fix my problem.

As always a good visit. Only issue was our flouride toothpaste prescription was sent to Rite Aid(old pharmacy) instead of Village Drug on Main St., Penn Yan
