The office was clean, I was helped promptly by friendly staff. The dental hygienist Barbara was awesome with my daughter. Very patient and explained everything she was doing to her step keeping my 13 year old at ease. My only complaint is that before we began I asked what was covered by my insurance because I usually don't go out of network. This team is amazing as usual. My ear, jaw, possibly tooth was aching on and off. It was right after our ice/snow storm and I know that appointments had to be broken and rescheduled. They were completely booked but asked me to come in even before they open. HOW COOL IS THAT? The staff is super nice. Dr Hoover is extremely caring and an excellent dentist. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great experience
The entire staff is friendly, kind, and very professional. Dr. Koehler is excellent; he explains everything before he does it and is kind, careful, and gentle.
I really enjoy coming to the dentist since we have started using this office. Everybody is kind, considerate and professional. I have never had to wait any length of time before being taken back for my appointment which is important since I am usually leaving for work after my visit.
