I called yesterday afternoon from out of town about a broken crown. They got me in this afternoon. Dr. Koehler looked at it found it was a crown he had put in 5 years ago. He said he would fix it for no charge. He also knew I would be going out of town again on Monday, so he made the new crown right then. Within an hour and a half, I walking out the door with my new crown in place. NO Charge! Dr. Koehler and his great staff truly care about their clients.

I took my children to Creekside, and I am so impressed with the care they received. The staff was genuinely friendly and took their time with my children. Very impressed overall!
Both my girls had checkups today. It was a very bad visit. Neither daughter has spent the time required for good dental hygiene, and we had many cavities. Rather than fill baby teeth, Dr. Koehler says we will watch, rather than spend money that I don't have. He also made suggestions for helping them not have a repeat of this visit. Was prompt in taking me back at appointment time. Staff is friendly and efficient. I did not like that the hygienist had to stop in the middle of polishing my teeth to let the dentist check them. The dentist should come once the hygienist has finished.
The best dental practice I have ever used. Everyone is so very friendly and attentive. I have never had a complaint with anything that was done!!!
