Impressed w both Sherry & Michelle. Both well informed & very courteous! Lulu did a full mouth x-ray equal 18 x-rays. She was very reassuring & calmed me down. Two days ago while eating lots of M&M Candies, I got a toothache. Took Tylenol & gargled w Salt Water. Next day & today no more toothache. Lulu reassured me that was not an emergency, because tooth not abscessed. Just watch what you eat! Recommended doing a Crown in the future. Lulu was wonderful! Needed reassurance! Very good initial visit. Dr. McCune is a very serious and sincere dentist. He analyzed my dental issue well and communicated clearly a reasonable solution.
I was initially very impressed by these folks. The first warning sign of something not being right was when Dr Mc Cune suggesting filling a small cavity - his hygienist thought he was just going to suggest we watch it. The filling has long ago fallen out. My major problem is when he suggested I have a root canal to try to save a tooth that he had put a cap on a few years ago.
