I have been going to O'Connors for several years now and highly recommend them. Everyone is professional,kind, helpful and I feel you are getting the best care for your teeth..what you need and only what you need.
I always love to walk in and be greeted by the two most cheery people I know-Karen and Suzie!! I was nervous about my extraction, but I immediately started to relax. Then Josie made me feel even more at ease making the extraction go so well. Dr is always friendly and pleasant and concerned. The staff were good to explain everything that was going to take place and as it happened. They talked to me about possible bad pain but guess what? A piece of a premolar broke off, and the O'Connor staff were able to show me the damage with their nifty in- mouth camera gear and that it wasn't so bad after all. They scheduled me promptly for repair, and now I have a new composite filling --- beautiful!
I have been going to O'Connor Family Dental since my 1st tooth so for about 30 years now. I have always had excellent care. The staff is super friendly and great at what they do. Cleanings are easy and they do their best to make it pain free. I had to see another dentist once when I was out of town for a few years and got rave reviews on the quality of dental work I received from Dr. O'Connor. Absolutely the best dental office in Yakima! Thank you for taking such good care of your clients!
