We are leaving due to our car being stolen , broken into twice , there is no subfloor so the police constantly get called to say howdy when I listen to my sound bar halfway . The manager is a complete narcissistic dim with automatron don’t even try . The only reason for one star is Saaid the maintenance man who is chill. In addition the water smells like sewage.
Go in person, do not call. The people on the phone have no information about the place and are extremely unhelpful. It's a call center and they just want to make a sale. I called because I was in their parking lot but couldn't find any unassigned parking. I wanted to know if there were several entrances(the lot I was in was tiny, not enough parking for that place) or what I needed to do. Their response was "I don't live in Oregon. I have no idea how the property looks and can't help you." They are supposed to provide leasing... read more
Living here is relatively cheap, and the neighborhood itself is on the quiet side. It's a great first time place to live in, but I can't recommend it as a great place to stay. Pros: It's cheap and it's quiet. The manager left candy for tenants on Easter. Cons: There's a railroad VERY close to the apartment, and if you don't mind the noise, just wait until they're switching rails in the middle of the road and you're sitting there for 30 minutes.
