If your first priority is safety; let me tell you that this place is not for you. The administrative Jaimie has NO WORK ETHIC and CERO customer service. She has no sympathy towards others and it’s not professional. This place used to be amazing, but ever since they changed management it has gone down hill. I don't recommend this place anyone ...The staff in office has 0 life experience they speak to you as if you are there enemy!! this place is ridiculous the only time they adjust unnecessary fee's is when you threatening court. They charged me for a ESA emotional support animal and that is lawfully not right. They refuse to clean carpet after the ceiling in my apartment busted...... DON'T MOVE HERE.... theres plenty apartments around this area that are newer and no trash piled so high it blows in your yard.

My first day of live in Cat poop was in the carpet if that wasn’t a big red flag during my stay, the rental office will tell you one thing and then another person from the office will call you saying another thing full of confusion. Maintenance orders will not be responded to until a week or more after despite the emergency it could be the place is terrible. They don’t upkeep outside at all trash on the ground just a mess. Do not move in here. From insane and violent neighbors that the staff won’t do anything about, to maintenance requests that you have to be cross about to get done- this apartment complex has been the most insane place I’ve ever lived. Location is awful, right behind it is a freeway and some trigger happy neighbors at the top of the hill that will shoot off rounds all day up until noise ordinance because they have a “range” and the cops won’t do anything about it.
