Updating Review: still one star. Raising rent every single year in this “luxury” apartment is a joke. Trash everywhere. Weeds always, just look at the picture of the pool that the company itself picked out. Landscaping is non existent, because the gutters don’t work and drop all the rain into the mulch and drain dirt into the road. Pot holes have lasted years. Tony is one of the best on this complex. He saved me from canceling my lease due to his kindness & desire to get the job done right the first time! I’ve been crying about an issue for over a year now and he came in one day & saved the day. I’m so happy he was my maintenance guy because this man works straight through and does a great job! Terrible management, 0 Communication. Maintenance will carelessly leave your doors unlocked when finished. I was banned from office with no warning after addressing that problem & power gets used against you. 0/10 don’t recommend, save yourself lol
