I hate this place! Been here 3 weeks and am ready to pack up and GO! The neighbors dog will not shut up! It starts at 5:30am and goes on all day. Can’t even sit on the balcony because then they let the dog out on it to bark. If the dog isn’t outside, there is dog poop on the balcony and flies buzzing to get to the poop. The floors and walls must be thin because when I’m in the bathroom getting toilet paper off the roll, the dog is barking on the other side of the wall in their bathroom. I would not recommend moving here. My experience with the management and overall property has been extremely disappointing. The staff have consistently been unprofessional and, at times, dismissive when concerns are raised. There have been multiple instances where I was given information about resolving an issue, only for that information to change later with no follow-through. Property maintenance is also a concern. Would give them zero if possible. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here, Staff is shady, rude, withhold Information, and they lie to you. The apartments haven't been properly maintained for YEARS but sure slap some new paint on everything and call it luxury. They keep deleting bad reviews and will continue to do so. AWFUL experience one of the worst places I've ever lived. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We’ve lived here for almost 6 years and maintenance is awful. Almost every time a work order is submitted they either take forever or they don’t actually fix the issue. We had them out to fix a broken toilet handle and it broke again right after he left. We told the office, he came again and it was still broke when he left. We have had a work order in for almost a week for our ac not working and have been told every day that we’re at the top of the list and they will be our that day.
