Update: I have had issues with the vinyl plank being messed up when I moved in. Caulk had just been messily layered over the old to cover up what needs to be fixed and mold in the wet areas since I moved in. I contact the office and no response. I do however get 2-3 emails a day about renewal. If I could move I would however it’s just not in the budget but would def not recommend moving here. Moved in mid April. Started out fine, however they have started renovating apartments near mine. I have dealt with constant banging an... read more
Lived here a few years ago Great management can’t complain about nothing if I ever move back to Texas to the same area I would like to move back to those apartments
Hannah is the best of the best Her and her management team are outstanding From communication to transparency. I just moved into living in rise creekside, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is convenient which makes daily errands and commuting quite hassle-free. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a comfortable layout. Highly recommended going through Hannah if you have any problems or questions
We have lived here almost a year and it has been such a good experience. The maintenance staff is so polite and quick. The leasing staff is very communicative and understanding. We love the amazing views, the quietness, and the space!
