If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been here 2 weeks me and my 5 year old child and I have been harassed by both police and neighbors! I have recorded, reported and even complained only for nothing to be done minus them penalizing me! This is all done with clear evidence showing another resident and when posed with policy and procedure they have no answer!!! Please tell apartment 325 to shut up!!!! It’s been a consistent all day and night disturbance this week. Other residents are getting annoyed too. It’s constant stomping and screaming and moving furniture up until 5AM, ridiculous!!!
Apartment 325 needs to get kicked out. All day and night, constant pounding and screaming of children, at times the children sounding as though they’re in extreme distress. Police have been called multiple times, she tells them she is “building furniture.” I’ve never witnessed such a blatant disregard for neighbors and basic human etiquette. Ok so I applied at the apartments from out of state! I don’t have debt, I’m not a criminal, and what did pop up I had removed. I take care of my credit history and any negative mark I immediately pay off or dispute. I was denied because there’s nothing on my credit absolutely nothing! And honestly that should be a good thing that should be someone you want on your property not someone with credit looking like a huge chapter book of evictions, bad debt, and criminal history longer than my arm.
