This is by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance is absolutely horrible—the workers are rude, unprofessional, and show no respect for tenants. I’ve had a water leak in both the bathroom and kitchen for over a month, and nothing has been fixed. Since the very first day I moved in, the unit has had multiple issues: the walls were painted without cleaning properly (there were even pubic hairs stuck in the paint), the kitchen counter is peeling, and several other damages remain unresolved. Update: not sure how many hands this property has come through. However I would say when things on site are constantly broken it is unfortunate they are so strict with other things. I would say saying emails are sent and things not being able to be done because that’s stated in policy. It would still be courteous to let the people living here have a heads up whether it’s in policy or not. Update: I have had issues with the vinyl plank being messed up when I moved in. I recently added my bf to the lease 2 weeks ago and after signing all the paper work necessary to get him added and within the 1st week of him living here i also went to the portal to add him as a registered vehicle but that doesn't actually "add" anyone so what's the point of that part of the app anyways if it doesnt work like that because we thought he was officially good to park here without having to check in anymore but apparently not because his car was towed last night after 2 weeks of him living here.
