My first impressions of Rise Creekside were positive. The property looked nice on the surface, the presentation was good, and management seemed pleasant at first. But after moving in, the experience changed. The gym wasn’t respected, with trash and smoke issues. My delivery was left on the wrong floor and some of my property was stolen. Good luck to you if you move here and have loud neighbors because management will not care at all! My upstairs neighbors have been a nightmare to deal with, stomping and constantly slamming things all past quiet hours everyday. I tried communicating with them but they are entitled and the office could care less about it all. Not to mention that they just started charging $5 for guest parking. I have never heard of an apartment complex being this greedy.
How about instead of updating the absolutely fine internet to a different provider and inconveniencing the entire apartment complex, they fix the disgusting trash situation that is a health hazard and clogs up the creek? It’s an embarrassment seeing that poor old man wading through trash each morning because they don’t know how to order more than one dumpster for an entire complex.
Been here for about 1.5 years and at first it was great but now? My building hasn’t had electricity for about 4 months now and it’s supposedly a breaker but it takes this long to get the piece? They barely (I really mean BARELY) clean back here and I haven’t seen the valet trash in weeks so safe to say, don’t come here , it’s not worth the trouble once you’re in. Find somewhere else.
