I love living at Creekside at Matthews Apartments! Maintenance answers calls in a timely fashion and management does a great job!
Only rating two stars because it is somewhat affordable for the area. Other than that.. that's it. The fees are insane. The car wash area has had a broken vacuum for years on end. The dog park is small broken and has dog poop all over. The pool is never open. Last year couldn't even get into the pool half the summer because there was something wrong with the codes. It's may 25th we were told the pool would be open Memorial Day weekend and so we went no one said anything. Get an email a few hours later saying the pool is clos... read more
