Don’t move in here!!! This place and their fees are ridiculous!!! $130 just for smart rent and airwave internet alone!!! It’s so stupid!!! Property managers don’t know what they’re doing!!! They don’t have enough maintenance help! The trash doesn’t get picked up when it’s supposed to and they close down the pool for 3 days because of maintenance issues which it doesn’t take 3 days to clean a pool!!!! I lived here for 2 years, in two different apartments! When Nicole was the manager, everything was great! But after she left, everything went downhill, the service became very bad. When I moved out of the first apartment, my $300 deposit, which I paid upon moving in, was not used to cover the damage, and I was additionally charged $550. I paid everything because I thought that maybe my child and I had damaged the carpet.
