I lived at Creekside at Matthews for over a year and always paid my rent on time — more than $23,000 in total, plus insurance and a security deposit. I was a quiet, respectful tenant with no kids or pets, and I left the apartment clean and in good condition. I am a resident here and they are amazing.
In the last 3 weeks, I've made at least 10 attempts to contact a live person via phone, email, and chat. I've yet to receive a callback, an email, or a return text. The location made this place #1 on my list, but unfortunately, they're too busy for new residents. Their bots keep telling me that someone will be with me soon...3 weeks???
DO NOT STAY HERE. The office is a mess they are constantly changing people out and they use it as an excuse to try to charge you for things the last person told you you wouldn’t have to pay for. When I first moved in I was told my washer and dryer was included. The next new manager told me that was not the case and tried to charge me rent for it after I had already agreed and signed the lease.
