DO NOT STAY HERE. The office is a mess they are constantly changing people out and they use it as an excuse to try to charge you for things the last person told you you wouldn’t have to pay for. When I first moved in I was told my washer and dryer was included. The next new manager told me that was not the case and tried to charge me rent for it after I had already agreed and signed the lease. I sat down and spoke with Lc Clemons and it was the best experience. I think the best I ever had. She was on point with all of the answers to my questions. And so polite. I recommend everyone in the area to come to creek side at Matthews . They make you feel at home before you move in
Visit a friend, This is a dump; trash every, all outside in different corners. Hallways nasty; trash and spider webs, dust every mixed with dirty. Doors ashy and dirty. The price them people environment; just get a house.
Every place has challenges. And just like any home, there are things to be repaired, but unlike just anywhere, here at Creekside, we have Darrell. He can fix anything and does. My air went out - he fixed it the same day, my toilet wouldn't flush - no sweat. I am thankful that they have such a dutiful and knowledgeable maintenance guy!
Top notch Maintenance provided by Darrell. He’s polite, professional, and always timely.
