Was having issues with my Air Conditioning and Smartlock and DC showed up at 1am with a temporary A/C unit, then was back the next day to get everything fixed. Quick and knowledgeable!
Really enjoyed living here. Excellent location convenience to local parks, shopping center, & downtown area. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Helpful staff very little maintenance issues and when there are, they do take a little bit to be resolved, but that's just because maintenance is understaffed, but that's a common issue with all the apartment complexes so I don't fault them for it. Good value for pay
DO NOT TRUST 5 STARS! This place lets members of staff leave reviews and the rest of the good ones are from new people who haven't actually lived there. My wife and I lived there for 2 years and it was incompetence and retaliation the entire time. There was a leak from the upstairs units tub drain that caused our ceilings to swell and mold growth that maintenance continued to brush off until we had no choice but to report the org to the Better Business Bureau.
