Do not recommend. Problems with dealing with the office who were extremely tough to talk to. Nickle and dimed and held on to money that we believe should have been returned. We had way too many problems for the money. Much happier since our move.
I have lived at this community for five years and loved it there. I had hoped if I ever returned to Colorado that I would move back. I have made multiple attempts to contact the front office to talk about the termination of my lease, they refuse to return calls or e-mails. I moved out early July and they are still charging me pet rent for pets that no longer live there. This would have been acceptable HAD they returned my calls or e-mails.
