The complex itself it’s really nice. The unit I stay in is nice but it is inhabitable. I’m giving them one star because I have not had a consistently working stove since April. Maintenance and the office managers have been a great help, but my rent is 1,500 plus dollars on top of I spent over 500 eating out because I don’t have a working stove. Their regional manager refuses to compensate me and now I’m just wanting out my lease and they want me to pay 2,000 plus dollars and I’m at the point where I’m tired of shoveling out ... read more

A nice complex to live in however neighbors in building 1 made it uncomfortable. You would think living on the 3rd floor would be less chaotic but it was the exact opposite. Constant noise at all hours of the night, stomping loud enough I can hear them on the other side of the wall, loud screaming from adults, paper thin walls hearing every single conversation, sneaking around other residents doors, running throughout the halls, guests coming in and out all the time, back to back police visits, multiple dogs barking, not pic... read more
