Please note if you are coming from an actual luxury apartment these are anything but Luxury. The onsite office will never pick up the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. The trash pickup will spill trash all over the hallways and not clean it up while dragging bags down the stairs leaving liquid stains on everything. I called the office to schedule a tour and spoke to someone in a central location who stated there was no availability for a tour but decided to stop by the office anyway. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Lakeisha saw a model apartment and a different one. They were both nice! The hallways were clean.
This place has been a great home for me and my kids, and Kisha is a wonderful lease agent. It’s clean, safe, and quiet, and I don’t have to worry about anything when the kids go walking or my car gets broken into. I feel safe!
Don’t move here unless you want to deal with constant issues. As soon as I moved there, I had problems. I had a moldy washing machine which was disgusting. They “attempted” to clean it but it still looked nasty afterwards. I had to use my money to buy a certain cleaner to get it more clean. It still was stained and mold was inside the detergent slot. They have had green water in the pool all summer, pool been closed ALL SUMMER with no maintenance and no explanation. It’s an eyesore and my parents commented on it when they came to visit me. The walls are also so thin I heard my neighbor FART the other day
