The apartment itself is not bad, but unfortunately, the constant maintenance issues and lack of urgency when addressing them have made our experience extremely frustrating. The elevators are by far the biggest issue. They are CONSTANTLY out of service. Our elevator was recently down for TWO MONTHS STRAIGHT. During that entire time, residents received no rent adjustment, compensation, or meaningful accommodation. This is not simply an inconvenience. Horrible property management company. Stole my security deposit with fraudulent charges. There hit you with the a bunch of bs fees every month. Pool is always closed. Amenities are not upkept. Avoid!
The move in process was smooth and steady. The staff was polite and the property manager went above and beyond to get me an apartment. I am so thankful because I really needed to move. The apartment is beautiful and so are the grounds. I would recommend anyone to apply here.
The complex itself it’s really nice. The unit I stay in is nice but it is inhabitable. I’m giving them one star because I have not had a consistently working stove since April. Maintenance and the office managers have been a great help, but my rent is 1,500 plus dollars on top of I spent over 500 eating out because I don’t have a working stove. Their regional manager refuses to compensate me and now I’m just wanting out my lease and they want me to pay 2,000 plus dollars and I’m at the point where I’m tired of shoveling out ... read more
