Management here at this site were very helpful and professional at all times. They catered to my needs showed me around and took the time out to help me with my application. Being an Elderly woman I felt the love and warmth from the Apt Complex and and the people that is in charge. Thank you all for your generous support.
DO NOT LIVE HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU... FIRE ALARM HAS GONE OFF 4 DAYS IN A ROW ON THE SAME SCHEDULED TIME AND THEY ARENT FIXING IT. WHEN I WENT TO THE LEASING OFFICE TO SEE WHY IT KEPT HAPPENING I JUST GET A SHRUG AND A "MAINTENENCE IS ON THE WAY" UNACCEPTABLE. NO SYMPATHY NO NOTHING JUST "WERE ON THE WAY." ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY!
Been living here couple months nice people but I have been trying to get access to cameras for days due to a on going case every time I have been to the office no one is there and door is locked even when website says office is open very unprofessional
Please note if you are coming from an actual luxury apartment these are anything but Luxury. The onsite office will never pick up the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. The trash pickup will spill trash all over the hallways and not clean it up while dragging bags down the stairs leaving liquid stains on everything.
