Used to be a great place to live, then CStar took over the management and it has slowly gone downhill. Lots of things could use updates, or just management willingness to spend some money on the place. The dog bags are never replaced, the signs on them are faded and their the trashes are never emptied. The address on the building is missing two numbers.
