As first-time residents, we wanted to share our experience after living here since January. Shortly after moving in, our apartment was affected by flooding due to a broken pipe. During that stressful time, Janis in management was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful. The apartment manager, Janice is a gem. She showed us 2 apartments and was a delight. We decided we wanted to live in another city, but we would’ve been happy if we had chosen Creekside and had Janice says our apartment manager.

One more one star review that would be a negative 5 if the option was available. Water shut-off again, Friday afternoon 3:45pm, emergency. One week after shutting off hot water for a "Maintenance" without warning. Management promised to call if a shut-off was imminent, but do they? Notice from management was posted to the resident portal. Really? Do you stay logged on to your resident portal all day looking for emergency notifications? This place has trash pile in the back parking lot. The homeless on the other side the back fence comes and goes. And they don’t tell you but all the staff is your neighbor and has access to all the residents keys. Most staff take the paid parking spots. Also be careful of the golf cart zooming through.
