We love our fireplace. It is now 1.5 years old. Use it almost daily. Mike, Rachel and their team worked with us on every step. Helped us mix and match stone. Everything is great. Their stone guy did an excellent job on the stone. The clean up on my wood floor wasn't very good, but that is the worst I have to say. Thank you so very much.
My husband and I found ourselves in an unfortunate situation where a contractor had mis-installed a high-end gas firebox unit in our basement (the unit was not operational and a potential safety risk). Upon inspection by the firebox manufacturer, Southeastern Heatmor was recommended to assess the work and provide us with a quote to correct the errors.
