Creekside Hearth has my business. They went above and beyond for me in a situation that isn’t exactly routine. I converted my house from Propane to NG and the last piece of the puzzle was my older model Hampton fire place. They no longer sell a conversion kit for this model, but the folks at Creekside tracked me down every individual part that use to come in the kit. Fireplace works like a charm and I’m officially 100% Natural Gas. Thanks guys!
