After six years in this community, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. Senior management changed last year (or sometime thereabouts) and severely compromised the professionalism and integrity of the local office. I became little more than a rent payment. I watched as tenancy changed and the Richmond Police became more present. Creek’s Edge at Stony Point is a wonderful place to live. It’s nestled in a secured, quiet and serene part of Richmond, with many floor plans to choose from and the staff is super friendly, efficient and attentive. The location can’t be better, as it is right across the street from Stony Point Fashion Park and the area gives you quick and easy access to downtown and the other side of the James.
I've loved living at Creek's Edge for the last four years! The entire staff is so wonderful and friendly. There are also great amenities including the fabulous pool - best place to be on a summer day!
I moved in at the end of September, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been very friendly and professional. Everyone is responsive and eager to answer my questions or fulfill my requests. I love living here!
I've been at Creeks Edge at Stony Point since May 2017. I have had extraordinary service from the Property Manager, Christina Holt, and Assistant Property Manager Courtney Holder and Leasing Associate Abbey Kasko. Their professionalism and responsiveness are beyond compare. Furthermore, the maintenance staff of Pernell and Harry have taken care of any minor issues often the same day. Great complex! Safe, quiet and clean. Leasing office is responsive and friendly. Maintenance manager is enthusiastic and happy to fix any problems you need. Highly recommend!
