Man!!! the manager there is nice and the apartments are clean and a good size Its a safe place to live in and its affordable rent convenient highway access and a close location to lake texoma y'all should definitely come check it out!!!
This is one of the best kept secrets in Denison. The layouts are unique & affordable. The staff is great and is helping. Plenty of nature to walk your furry loved one. Hands down, wonderful place to call home.
This place is AMAZING!!! MAKE THIS YOUR NEW HOME!! My husband and I got moved into here from living in a motel for a whole year. I thought it would be a hard transition with as big as the complex is or that the application would be hard but it's absolutely wonderful and easy here!
