This is an example of one of the worst HOA organizations in the country. They've gone as far as having homeowners ARRESTED without bond for aesthetic issues and even had their lawyer argued to keep the homeowner in jail because of a disagreement over grass as reported by Tampa Bay 28 to whom they declined to respond. They're inhumane, callus and abusive of their authority. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest they can be given. They should consider displaying neighborly behavior.

Disgusting HOA
This HOA is an absolute nightmare. I would never live here under any circumstances. The way they treat residents is outrageous. Instead of fostering a sense of community, they operate like bullies with unchecked power. Their obsession with micromanaging “violations” crosses the line into harassment, and they have no problem dragging people into court or even worse over petty disputes.
