I have been using Chris for years! He is always prompt and courteous to my tenants or family. Not only is he competitively priced but his work is completed right the first time which is the most important part. Owning a business, I find recommending people difficult, since my clients would put my name to it if they had a bad experience. I thoroughly recommend Creek Heating & Cooling LLC to any of my clients in the Bowling Green area, and its nice to know that they are in good hands.

They replaced 2 complete home air conditioning units this week. They delivered on time and at the cost and items that were bid. The work was neat and they cleaned everything up, very polite and professional. They also repaired a plugged condensate drain line to complete their work. Both Ameristar units are very quiet and they submitted the 10 year guarantee to the manufacturer directly.

Called on a Thursday. I was told some one would contact me. Called 24 hours later and was told the same thing. It is now Wednesday of the following week and still no call. I have since used another service. Must be nice to not need new customers.
