I moved in Sep.2024 and the staff was very helpful, I like these apartments ESPECIALLY MAINTENANCE, they responds very quickly , the side I live on is quiet , my neighbors are cool & don't bother me. its a good place to start off at. very spacious The ONLY problem I have is the Gates are always broken! The office needs to find a way to prevent the gates from being broken.
Extremely high theft complex. Both unattended and unlocked package room & resident units, along with common areas are consistently targeted by thieves bc they know they will always get away with it. Camera systems don't work. Same response every time (shown in pic). Nothing is done about it as they do not seem to care. They tell you report to police. But police can't do anything if there are no cameras, so it's a dead end loop. It's very well known W&K do not care about these things though.
