This is the best gym in Athens. 5 stars isn’t enough. Why? I’ll tell you. 1. Functional fitness - the owners and coaches at Creed strive to create workouts to strengthen you in order to live your most healthy and mobile life. They take great care in making sure our form is correct and supplement the workouts with mobility movements. They care that we build muscle but equally care about our bodies being able to move well. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
I have LOVED the last six months taking classes at CREED. As someone who had zero experience with a barbell and not too much experience with strength training in general, this was the perfect place to go to learn from the best! Austin, Rachel, and the other coaches at CREED get to know you well, including your abilities and how you can stretch and grow while keeping safety of most importance.
