LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
I have LOVED the last six months taking classes at CREED. As someone who had zero experience with a barbell and not too much experience with strength training in general, this was the perfect place to go to learn from the best! Austin, Rachel, and the other coaches at CREED get to know you well, including your abilities and how you can stretch and grow while keeping safety of most importance. The best atmosphere and culture you could ask for!
I am so thankful for Creed. I always wanted to work out but was so intimidated to go to the gym. I also have a hip issue and didn’t know where to start with working out so that I didn’t hurt myself. BUT the coaches at Creed are amazing. They work with me and help give me alternatives so that I can safely work out without hurting my hip. It is an incredible environment and super friendly.
