Lovely women at this location who are always kind and helpful, but the staff could do better at shade matching for deeper skin tones — as in, on the farthest end of the shade spectrum. I’ve been to other Credo locations where they were great at this, but this one (which happens to be closest to me) has consistently fallen short. Staff can be hit or miss. This was the very first Credo I had been at in person, and I didn't even want to buy anything there. Some other customer walked in to use the recycling program, they made a big fuss about how they "don't do that" and will issue a credit as a "one time courtesy". Annoying, uncool. so disappointed with my experience today. I shop here on a weekly basis but as of today i will switch back to sephora and other retailers. I recently got an email that i was silver tier and had a birthday discount to redeem. It was also just my birthday so this added up. When i asked about it during my purchase, the staff was irritated by my request, gave a very confusing explanation of why they couldn’t give me my discount, and did not make any effort whatsoever to accommodate me and abide by the offer that THEY sent me. re... read more
