The only positive about this clinic is Dr. Neeru Anand, who is excellent. Unfortunately, the reception staff completely ruin the experience. On Feb 2 around 6:30 pm, I had an appointment booked for 6:35 pm. I called earlier to cancel by 6:10 pm and was informed about a $30 same-day cancellation fee. I then arranged to come in and reached the clinic by 6:25 pm, where I was told I could be seen as a walk-in. This was one of the worst medical appointment experiences I’ve had. My appointment was scheduled for 6:10 PM. I arrived early at 6:00 PM and checked in on time. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before being taken to a room. After that, I sat in the exam room for more than 2 hours with no doctor, no updates, and no explanation. The service was disappointing. The reception staff did not appear professional and were not dressed in accordance with a clinical or workplace dress code. Additionally, the waiting time was excessively long, which made the overall experience frustrating.But Dr neeru was really good
