Negative stars - Very Very disappointing experience My mother is a patient of Dr. Neeru, and unfortunately, we are very unhappy with the care and service at this clinic. She often feels that her health concerns are not properly listened to and that appointments are rushed rather than focused on quality patient care. I wish i can give zero star just because of receptionist. You need Need to work on your front desk staff, we called to book an appointment and they said you don’t need to book an appointment you can come now. When we reached there the front desk lady told us to come back after 2 hrs. We come here after 40 min drive. Disgusting management.

Disgusting management and the worst appointment system I have ever experienced. This is my second time coming to this clinic, and both times they wasted hours of my time. I booked an appointment, drove almost 2 hours to get here, and before leaving I called 4 times to confirm whether there would be any delay. I clearly told them that if they couldn't see me on time, they should tell me so I could plan accordingly. They still told me to come, and after arriving I had to wait almost 2 hours. After waiting for hours meeting doctor Neeru Anand for just 2 minutes is disappointing. There is no value for your appointment time.You have to explain your problem in 40 seconds honestly and her answer will be next appointment every time. I think they are just making money by calling you again and again.
