Awful lady doctor and even more awful staff
i was the last patient of the day and my experience was very rushed and terrible. the receptionist was rude and told me i should have made an appointment despite this being a walk in clinic. The doctor told me to come back in two days after waiting for one hour. waste of time.
Since, I moved into this area, we are visiting this clinic, yes there is a longer waiting time but its same everywhere in canada, but my experience with both doctors is amazing they are very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They listen and always provide better advice. I even done my immunization records and Dr. vishal helped me very patiently and perfectly as per my course requirements. The best clinic for me.💙
Not sure why people are complaining. My personal experience couldn’t have been better. Dr. Visual Anand is very kind and listens to his patients. The front staff are very polite. Even though I was late for my appointment, they accommodated me right away. Overall, I had an excellent experience.
