So tired of having to wait an hour just to talk to someone.
Once upon a time , this was a great bank but now they have become like every other large bank, poor service, impossible to get through to by phone.. There latest thing is to charge you for internatioal transaction fees for purchases from Aliexpress & Temu... Pure greed... I would tell all my friends & family how good they were & unfortunately a lot have come across to them... which I apologise for...
What a dispointment. I have nothing good to say about this bank. Their communication has been poor since I moved across to them. Don't make the move!!! Bank is still useless. The ATM next works and when it does, it takes your card
Closed my accounts and now happily bank with a better bank.
