I phoned through after downloading the new app. I got straight through and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. The new app is amazing also and love what your business does for the community!
1 star, hopeless service,90 minute wait on phone. When answered the person couldn't fix it. Closed accounts and happy to do so. No confidence they'll be there in 12 months. WE DID GET A CALL BACK TO FIND OUT WHAT WENT WRONG. THATS GOOD AND FOR THAT REASON UPPED THE STARS TO 2 IN THE HOPE IF HELPS OTHERS
As it happened, I just had to visit the CU at 400 King Wm Street again today. The wait was not very long. Again, I had to transfer some money which exceeded the limit on their website. I had also help on their ATM machine to test the PIN I had changed. The help and assistance were just great. Thanks Danielle!
Terrible app update. Logged me out and completely inconvenienced me. Had to re set up everything. And the pay off? The app is uglier, slower and they moved to menu to the other side. They seem to hate their customers and just want to inconvenience them for literally no reason
