Update: called Denver Credit Union to complain again and was told they can’t do anything about it!! Was told to dispute it through the credit bureau!! ! 118 bad reviews!! Let that be your warning not to use this CU!!! Loan was paid in full and yet they dinged our credit 49point!!!! We called to tell the rude representative and she took it personally and got even more indignant!! Now the CU is just messing with our credit on purpose!! The loan is PAID OFF!!
