Did not have a great experience clerk told us she didnt feel comfortable cashing a government check that had been signed over with both parties and ID’s present asked who had done it for us in the past all before simply asking her supervisor who said it was okay. No apology or acknowledgment of what she had stated before on return. Felt discriminated against due to perceived socioeconomic status. Rude and uninformed customer service.
Worst place to take out a loan. Not once could they post payments correctly. Paid off loan and come to find out after paying in full that I have at least 6 payments that were deposited to a savings account rather than auto loan. Screwed up my credit due to this as it was deposited to savings rather than car payment. Absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Parking sucks, I’d rather drive to the Lakewood location to avoid it, the staff is usually always friendly
Been with CUOD since attending Metro Stare over two decades ago. They used to be the best once upon a time. Since then, I’ve watched the quality of their service go completely downhill, especially since moving out of the country. It’s just been one problem and threat after another regarding credit card payments as they never have the online system available for overseas customers.
