Impossible to deposit cash anywhere in New York State. Normally, I wouldn't assume this would be possible, but they insist it is! So that's frustrating. They are profiting BILLIONS of dollars a year off the backs of POOR PEOPLE via Non-Sufficient Fund fees and "withdrawal clearing fees". Finally switching to Capital One bank which has NO NSF FEES, NO MINIMUM BALANCE, FREE CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT. These banks can absolutely afford not to charge NSF fees and the banks that still do are GREEDY, SOULLESS GARBAGE. Anyone who works for this bank should be ashamed. Absolutely disgusted with how long I stayed (6 years!!). Goodbye and good riddance.
!!! What a wonderful customer service experience today with Cara!!!! I called CU of CO today for info on overdraft protection…. Got a call back from Cara after an easy 15 minute wait and Cara explained all the satisfying details about the protections on my account and even helped me set up tailored alerts to my phone… thank you Cara !!!!!!
The old place was nearer to me but I need the walking so don' t mind . Have only had good experiences with this organization and very little wait time.
I just went to my normal bank branch and found out that the location had been closed. The new location is so inconvenient and further out of the way dealing with all the downtown traffic and construction. Not very happy today.
