They are a bunch of rude uneducated people who seemingly could not get any job other than this. They lie when being confronted with their errors. I have filed with the BBB, FTC, and CPB. Each time they lie and say they didn't do something, I send proof, then they try to change their answer to something else. I'm forced to get an attorney because I refuse to allow them to get away with this.

RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL – I usually dont take my time for writting reviews but this REALLY need to be addressed. I am a single mom trying to repair my credit after loosing everything due to divorce. When checking my credit report appear a parking ticket on Glendale where I dont go. When I called besides that they were rude and I guess that there is only one employee (NOT!!) Unethical – You know I normally roll my eyes when people start explaining how its "not their fault" they're in collections..until..i sold a car in 2006 ( and this is my fault) i never filed for a change of ownership. It was the first car I had ever sold and I thought the buyer would do that. Make a long story short he didn;t. and he racked up a butt load of parking tickets. which got sent to this collection agency. Never have dealing with a collection agency i was in for a treat. Mispresentation and Rudeness – I was a victim of credit theft in 2007. My younger sister took out four credit cards in my name without my knowledge. She was caught, and sent to Marysville Correctional Facility for Women in Ohio, where she served nine months of a two sentence. It took me over a year to straighten out my credit situation.
