Shar has done AMAZING things with clients I have recommended to her. I am a mortgage loan officer and I see how damaged a credit report can get with mis-information or old information that should no longer be reporting. Shar claims no guarantees-as she wisely should not-but from my perspective and the VERY happy clients that have used her services it is as close as you can get.
