From the start, my apt time was not put in correctly! The “Manager” called and was super rude and repeated that’s not your time, calling me the wrong name after I told her my name! The owner then contacted me, telling me her husband heard me being rude.. while he was fixing a sink! Um no, then after I explained how rude the office manager was, the owner stated she cared and wanted to make it right.. yet double messaged and demanded responses!! Shar was very informative and knows her stuff(laws) to be honest I was sketched about trying another agency since, I was done completely wrong by one that I had to pay a monthly fee and 6 months later and only 2 accounts were taken care of! Within less than 3 months and 3 credit bureaus my credit score was up 150+ points and still going!! Promise you won’t be let down!!
