They returned my call promptly.
Arrived at dealership and was there about 2 hours. The 2011 Kia was inoperable. They first told me the battery needed to be charged, I started couldn't you put in a new battery. Then they said it was something with the remote start. They wanted me to go ahead and purchase the inoperable vehicle. I advised I do not handle my business in this manor.
