I didn't get a report from them
One of the most unprofessional business conversations I have ever had in my entire life. I called to pay my debt and was treated like garbage. They kept cutting me off talking down to me interrupting me I felt very uncomfortable giving my personal credit card information to this person. Who is running this as I called business?!??
I am speechless! First and foremost, the person who answered the phone sounded like she was in the bed. She was very inpatient and rude. She proceeded to tell us we were being rude. I questioned her behaviour and she (Ms. Tinker) became more rude. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever come across. We were hung up on repeatedly. An ambulance bill was sold to these people rather than run through my insurance, and these people have been telling me for three months, with me giving my insurance information to different people three times, that they'd run the charge through my insurance and they never have. Meanwhile the debt keeps climbing and has been reported as delinquent on my credit report despite me trying over and over again to work with them.
These people have the worst attitudes and are very unpleasant. Not professional at all. I called to check my balance and set up a payment arrangement. The cigarette voice lady (Tinka or Trinka or something like that) answered like "Hello, how may I help you?" This was fine, whatever. Then she asked for my social. I gave it.
