Our first experience with Creative Windows By Carol was not a good one to say the least. The salesperson missed our first scheduled appointment, then once we chose our Window Treatments they installed them and we were not happy with the look as they did not seem the same as the samples we picked. After some back and fourth and a third visit from our salesperson we found the right window dressing for no extra charge from our original purchase. I cannot tell you how happy I was with the entire Creative Windows By Carol experience. I had a salesperson come out to show me what Window Treatments and Carpet Creative Windows By Carol had to offer. I ended up going with a Mini-Blinds and light tan Berber Carpet combo. I absolutely love the way my newly finishedbasementlooks. Thanks again guys, you are the best.

We left Illinois about 2 months back for a new job in New York. You can imagine our surprise when we started our online shopping for new Carpet and Blinds and we saw that there was an Creative Windows By Carol here in GA State. We loved that there was something familiar from back home so we called. We are happy to say all went pretty well and we absolutely love our new berber carpet and real wood blinds.
