I would like to Thank Creative Upgrades in their quick response to a roof leak at my mom's house this week. CU installed roofs at my mom's and my house five years ago. We were very happy with the entire experience. I called ****** to let him know about the issue we were having, and he responded very quickly by coming out the same day. I'd strongly recommend Creative Upgrades to anyone who has a home project. Eugene and Leslie were a delight to work with and made it clear we understood every step of the process. The team that built the deck were very professional and kept everything clean and organized while getting the job done fast! We look forward to doing more projects with them in the future and will recommend them to our friends.
Buyer beware, this company did me an injustice. Charged me $1550.00 for a door that was damaged and he purchased from a second hand door manufacturer where he paid $850.00 for it. I ignored several red flags. First tried to sell me a patio door, (reg flag) disconnected my alarm wire and didn't reconnect it. Left paint on my high gloss wood floors. Friendly, fast, great service. Leaking roof, they came in repaired roof and damage to the ceiling. Repaired painted and cleaned everything up. Very reasonably priced.Great customer service.

These people replaced my roof. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. The impressed my by doing a follow up visit!
