My experience with creative upgrades exceeded my expectations. My initial interview for the work I needed was done within one day of my request for service. The owner and his team were professional and respectful. The work was completed on the date promised. I give them a five star rating and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We regret doing business with this company, but when approached by them we had just been hit by a hurricane, and they appeared to be very nice and honest people. However, their work left a lot to be desired. Our roof is crooked, apparently due to them not using a roof starter. It has different lengths all around the perimeter of the house hanging over the edge. Some soffit and fascia boards needed to be replaced, they are now hanging down in places.
