I haven't visited the store but my builder used them for our flooring and banisters in our new house. Unfortunately, I've had to deal with them on some warranty issues and their installers have no sense of time. They've missed the appointment window twice in the last two weeks and my floor still isn't fixed. Don't waste your time.
