Billing process is horrible.
I found this place on Google looking for an emergency dentist since my tooth had broken recently. I had the pleasure of speaking to Krista on the phone and not only was she extremely helpful and empathetic, she was able to squeeze me in on a weekend. They did X rays and determined that I needed a root canal and a crown so we scheduled that. Dr. Sheta did my procedure with the help of Krista and I didn’t feel a thing! I was visiting my family in VB for the weekend and was having a dental emergency experiencing severe pain. It was a saturday and I had called so many dentists who (on google) showed they were open and accepted emergency walk-ins. Every single one turned me down saying their doctor was on call for established patients only. That’s NOT emergency service. Finally a Dentist I LOVE. I have never been treated this well, nor felt more understood than I have with Dr. Sheta and Krista. They went above and beyond to not only handle my dental problem ~ they also offer EMERGENCY hours. In this day and age, this type of dentist is extremely RARE. Thank you so much, please never change a thing!
Truly a gem in Virginia Beach!! Dr. Sheta & Krista were a relief. I chipped my front tooth eating crab legs and was looking for a Dentist (on the weekend), and Creative Smiles was a lifesaver. Highly recommend!!!
