Amazing Staff and Experience
I called this office and I was told by Theresa that I was IN NETWORK, I go to my appointment and I schedule for some work done in the upcoming weeks and the next day I get a text message that she made a mistake and I was OUT OF NETWORK. I AM NOW BEING CHARGED $543 BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF NETWORK. This needs to be corrected immediately.
I love this place. From the minute I walk in I’m greeted and treated like family. It’s not a one time thing. I’ve been four times this year for a crown and multiple deep cleanings. Yes I was a mess lol. That’s because I have had so many bad experiences with multiple dentist offices throughout the city. More than I care to remember. However I chose Creative Smiles on a whim because they were able to accommodate me sooner than anyone else. I went in for my 6-month check-up today. I renewed my payment plan since I no longer have insurance that used to be provided before I retired. I find the cost very reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Cook always greets me with a handshake and a smile. I was asked about any problems I might be experiencing with my teeth so that they could be addressed. Dr. Cook cleaned and polished my teeth thoroughly. And a fluoride treatment capped off the visit. All went well and I am looking forward to my next visit.
