I had a great first experience with Creative Smiles after having many past experiences with horrible dental practices. I felt heard, the cleaning was gentle, and a plan was made and broken down into manageable bites that maximize my insurance benefits. Shoutout Miss Teresa at reception for her kindness and thoroughness.
I have anxiety anyway about going to the dentist. from the initial phone call in talking to Kristen and the dental hygienist named Haley, they really calmed my nerves and trust me it takes a lot but she did it, kudos to her. Very friendly and empathetic to my anxiety. I still have anxiety but not nearly as much as I had. I have a lot of dental work coming up but I feel confident and comfortable in going back and having it done. Hailey did an amazing job with my teeth and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She was kind, professional, and attentive. Everyone at the office was also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Hailey—you’ll be in great hands!
