My experience at Creative Hair Salon has been one of ineptness and poor customer service. First of all, I was one of two customers and was not greeted by the personnel upon signing the log book. Two stylists were on duty; one was giving the other customer a hair cut, while the second stylist stood around with no obvious task at hand. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I finally approached the stylist without the customer and advised her that I needed a hair trim.
